Cancellation Policy
I require a credit card in order to reserve an appointment.
I require a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was missed. No shows are included under this policy.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
